About Us
Verified Existing Conditions provides As-built services for Architects, Building Owners, Property Managers, Engineers and Homeowners. Utilizing high end 3D Laser Scanning equipment and conventional measuring devices.
We provide finished architectural plans and models in AutoCAD or Revit format. We have been preparing As-Built projects since 1993 and can handle the largest of projects. We are located in Morris County, New Jersey. While many of our clients are in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and other East Coast locations, we also travel as needed and have worked on projects across the country.
Leadership Team
Jason Caravello
Jason is the founder and owner of VECS Group. He has 30+ years experience and graduated from Montclair State with an Industrial Technology Degree with a concentration in Construction.
Brett Huttman
Brett is a project manager and licensed architect, currently registered in NY and CT. He has 30+ years experience in the architectural field and specializes in documenting existing conditions.
Christian Albrecht
Chris is an architect and adviser and holds architectural registration in five states. He has more than 30 years experience and is accredited by the National Council of Architectural Review Boards. He has been a licensed architect since 1981.
