Our standard deliverables include completed drawing sets with title blocks and cover sheets, CAD, .dwg drawiing files, hard copy paper drawings and photos. Deliverables are agreed at time of project estimate and proposal.

Most of our measurement and CAD work is done on site which greatly improves our potential turn-around times. We regularly meet or exceed project timelines, often sending drawings directly from the project site. We can provide deliverables piecemeal while we are working and/or provide them as a complete and finished set. We work closely with our clients to determine how and when they'd like to receive their deliverables.

Our pricing varies depending on the size and scope of your project. We use a standard pricing matrix as our starting point which we can share with you to give you an idea of what to expect. Please contact Jason Caravello at jason@vecsgroup.com and he will be happy to send it to you.

We offer both individual project or site based pricing and "not to exceed" pricing based on total square footage to be measured versus individual buildings or projects.

Absolutely. Our commercial project experience includes retail buildings, hospitals and healthcare facilities, daycares, private and public schools, places or worship and many multi-use or multi-tenant landscapes as well. We also have significant experience with industrial structures like warehouses, manufacturing plants, utilities and logistics.

Much of our work takes place in the United States, South America and Canada. However, we will travel anywhere at our clients request.
